One day, through tears and frustration, I cried out, “God, what do I do now?”

That question changed everything.
I realized that even in chaos, my mind was still a weapon. I used it to fight for my life, my health, and my future—losing nearly 80 pounds in 8 months and reclaiming my purpose during one of the hardest seasons of my life. With God’s help—and the right tools—I turned pain into power.
